Cheap Viagra May Be Closer to Home Than You Think

Despite all of the spam we receive and the wild claims about cheap Viagra over the Internet, I have yet to find a better deal than the local drugstore or a reputable domestic pharmacy website such as Drugstore.com. Even the Canadian pharmacies that offer highly discounted prices on many prescription drugs, for some reason, do not offer Viagra at a discount.

In fact, many online pharmacies that claim to have heavily discounted prices and cheap Viagra, actually charge up to $20 or more per tablet. In many cases they also charge $60 or more to have a "doctor" review your prescription on the first order. In addition, they may charge a hefty shipping charge. These outrageous prices appear to have started in the early days of Viagra when many men were reluctant to admit that they had any kind of problem and felt that they had to secretly order Viagra lest their doctor or in some cases their wife would find out that they were no longer the stud of past years. That's a very high price to pay for confidentiality.

The cost of Viagra at most neighborhood pharmacies is $9-$10 per tablet regardless of whether it is the 100mg, 50mg or 25mg dose. Rather than trying to get a discount, it is much easier and certainly much cheaper to have your physician prescribe the 100mg tablet and to cut it in half or quarters as needed.

If anyone is aware of a genuinely cheaper source of Viagra, we would appreciate hearing from you. Please email: info@pillcutter.com
